摘要 PURPOSE: A current mirror type leakage current compensation circuit is provided to prevent the distortion of the cell data during the read by detecting and compensating the bit line leakage current by using the current mirror type structure. CONSTITUTION: A current mirror type leakage current compensation circuit includes a cell array(21), a leakage current detection block(22), a first leakage current compensation block(23a), a second leakage current compensation block(23b), a first operational mode converting block(24a) and a second operational mode converting block(24b). In the current mirror type leakage current compensation circuit, the leakage current detection block(22) is configured between the pair of bit lines connected to each of the cells of the cell array so as to detect the leakage current of the bit lines. If the leakage current detection block(22) detects the leakage current, the same amount of the current is supplied to the pair of bit lines through the first leakage current compensation block(23a) and the second leakage current compensation block(23b).
