<p>PURPOSE:To provide a spread spectrum communication system in which the occupied state of a communication channel is detected and disable communication caused by an interference signal is avoided. CONSTITUTION:Communication employing 4 systems is conducted for each frame by using signals A-D and signals AS, BS, CS, DS modulated by a common spread code representing the system belonging to respective signals using three frames as one period are inserted to the signals A-D respectively, then a terminal equipment going to start communication matches the reception frequency with frequencies 1-3 in this order to detect the signals AS, BS, CS, DS modulated by the common spread code among the received signal as to each frame for one period or over and to obtain the signal level at that time and it is discriminated from the result of series of processing how many spread spectrum signals each frame is occupied and an optimum frequency channel to the communication offering least crosstalk is selected.</p> |
