PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone that can prevent unauthorized use, without the need for conducting special operation by a user at dialing. SOLUTION: When a user uses an operation section 12 to make dialing and holds the mobile phone 2 to make a speech, a constituent sensor 20 detects the amount of chemical substances included in an exhalation of the user, and a speed sensor 22 detects a flow speed of exhalation/inhale. An average flow speed calculation means 24 calculates average flow speed from the flow speed of the exhalation/inhale sensed by the speed sensor 22, and an exhalation period calculation means 26 calculates a changed period of the flow speed from the change in the flow speed of the exhalation/inhale sensed by the speed sensor 22. Then a transmission control means 28 controls a wireless section 6 to make transmission, only when the sensed amount of the chemical substances matches with the amount of the chemical substances stored in a database 18 within a permissible error range, the calculated average flow speed matches with the average flow speed stored in the database 18 within a permissible error range, and the changing period of the calculated flow speed matches with the changing period stored in the database 18 within a permissible error range. |
