REFLECTIVE LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A reflective liquid crystal display and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to form a first reflective electrode and a second reflective electrode to prevent distortion of an electric field, thereby preventing alignment degeneracy of liquid crystal and increasing a contrast ratio. CONSTITUTION: A gate is formed on a transparent insulating substrate(31). An insulating film(35) is formed on a transparent electrode including the gate. An amorphous silicon layer pattern, an ohmic layer pattern(39), and source/drain(41) are accumulated on the insulating film. A resin layer(43) is formed on a surface of the transparent insulating substrate including the source/drain for exposing a part of the drain. A first reflective electrode(45) is formed on the resin layer including the drain. A second reflective electrode(47) is formed on the first reflective electrode in unevenness shape.
