LOW TEMPERATURE CURABLE EPOXY-ACRYLIC MAT POWDER PAINT COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: A low temperature curable epoxy-acrylic mat powder paint composition having excellent solvent resistance, water resistance, heat resistance, gloss, appearance as well as low temperature curing property is provided. CONSTITUTION: The low temperature curable epoxy-acrylic mat powder paint composition comprises: 60 to 80 wt% of an epoxy resin having an equivalent of 700 to 1500 and melt viscosity of 3 to 30 poises; 5 to 15 wt% of a flatting agent consisting of an acrylic copolymer resin containing a carboxyl group and having weight average molecular weight of 4000 to 8000 and acid value of 100 to 250 mgKOH/g; 1 to 3 wt% of a curing agent consisting of an imidazole-amine adduct; and 0.5 to 1.5 wt% of a dispersing agent based on an amide.
