PURPOSE: An electrolysis solution is provided to be capable of increasing a withstand voltage and a conductivity and stabilizing a high-temperature characteristic. CONSTITUTION: Ammonium 1.7 octane dikarboxylate of 6 to 15 weight% and ammonium benzoate of 2 to 5 weight% are added to ethylene glycol of 40 to 70 weight% as a solvent. Diethylene glycol monobutyl ether of 10 to 40 weight% is added as a mixing solvent. 4-methoy phenol of 0.1 to 2 weight% is added to prevent an excessive polymerization. Paranitro phenol of 0.1 to 2 weight% is added to improve a life characteristic. |
