METHOD FOR APPROVING LEARNING RESULT OF MEMBER IN INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN SUPPORTING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for approving a learning result of a member is provided to approve a learning result of each member who participates in various education programs for enabling each member of an enterprise to have an advanced professional skill. CONSTITUTION: An approver connects to a system using a terminal capable of executing data communication through the network. A plan supporting server of the system recognizes a system connection request of the approver(S300). The approver inputs an ID and password for log-in(S302). The plan supporting server receives the ID and password and checks whether the approver is registered in the system by referring to a member information DB(S304). The plan supporting server displays a main menu screen, and the approver executes a menu for an approval(S308). In the case that the approver selects a learning result approval menu, the plan supporting server displays learning result approval menu according to members, and the approver checks a learning result and a requested credit of each member(S310). The approver approves a corresponding credit to a member who finished an education program normally. The plan supporting server recognizes a learning result approval of the corresponding member by the approver(S312). The plan supporting server approves the requested credit in accordance with the learning result(S314).
