PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence device is provided to be capable of improving an efficiency, a color purity degree, and a lifetime. CONSTITUTION: The first to third anode electrodes(151,152,153) are formed over a substrate(110). Red, green and blue organic emission layers(161,162,163) are placed over the first, second and third anode electrodes, respectively. The first to third cathode electrodes(170) are formed over the organic emission layers. The first to third cathode electrodes have different thicknesses. Thin film transistors are formed to be connected to the first to third anode electrodes, respectively. |
