PURPOSE: A static electricity and AC electricity generator is provided to generate electricity at a low cost by using a motor and a heavy plate. CONSTITUTION: A heavy plate(1) rotates by a motor in such a manner that the heavy plate continuously rotates by the force of inertia. A belt is connected to a pulley, and an AC electricity is generated by a pulley(15) of a generator(14). An ebonite plate of a plate(2) generates a positive electricity, and a positive electrode collects a negative electricity to a copper plate(17). Thus-collected negative electricity is transmitted to the negative electrode of a charger.
