LCD MASK FOR PANEL ID TITLER

PURPOSE: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) mask for a panel ID(Identification) titler is provided to improve productivity by preventing over/under etching of an ID mark. CONSTITUTION: On a transparent substrate, lower layer electrodes(112a) are formed sequentially. An insulating layer(110) is formed on the front face of the substrate while covering the lower layer electrodes. On the insulating layer, upper layer electrodes(112b) are formed sequentially while being overlapped with both sides of the lower layer electrodes. The upper and lower electrodes are made of a transparent conductive material. A liquid crystal layer is interposed between an upper substrate and a lower substrate. Since the whole area of a mask forms an area corresponding to the upper and lower electrodes, the disclination is effectively prevented.
