摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a bio-degradable ceramic fiber composition in CaO-MgO- ZrO2-SiO2 system with high dissolution rate in body fluid, high fabrication yield, low thermal conductivity and linear shrinkage. CONSTITUTION: The biodegradable ceramic fiber composition contains 75-80wt.% of SiO2, 13-25wt.% of CaO, 1-8wt.% of MgO, 0.5-3wt.% of ZrO2, 0-0.5wt.% of Al2O3, and intermediates such as 0.5-3wt.% of ZrO2+Al2O3 and 15-26wt.% of CaO+MgO, wherein 0-0.5wt.% of B2O3, 0-0.5wt.% of P2O5 and 0.1-1wt.% of B2O3+P2O5, and less than 1wt.% of impurities selected from Na2O, K2O, TiO2 and Fe2O3 are added. The resultant ceramic fibers have up to 6micrometer of size, up to 3% of linear shirinkage(1260deg.C/holding for 24hrs.), dissolution constant more than 200ng/cm2·hr.
