PURPOSE: A charge pump circuit is provided, which improves leakage current of an output current generated when a charge pump is turned off by controlling a source current and a sink current. CONSTITUTION: A source switch(201) controls a source current by being switched according to a state of a source control signal. The first constant current part applies the source current supplied from the source switch to an output port. A sink switch(206) controls a sink current by being switched according to a state of a sink control signal. The second constant current part applies the sink current applied from the sink switch to the above output port. A leakage current removing part is connected to the first and the second constant current part, and removes a leakage current generated while the source switch and the sink switch are turned off, by charging/discharging the source current and the sink current selectively for a constant time. And a current block part blocks a current applied from the leakage current removing part during the operation of the leakage current removing part.
