PURPOSE: A device of saving standby unit for site is provided to enhance a use efficiency and considerably save an installation cost and an operation cost of the site by using the preliminary UDCU(Up Down Convert Unit) in a sector wireless base station by a two-channel unit. CONSTITUTION: The first up switch(200) receives IF(Intermediate Frequency) signals of the first channel and the second channel, outputs the received IF signals through normal paths, and outputs the IF signals through a preliminary path. A plurality of UDCUs(300) up-convert signals provided from the first up switch(200), and output the up-converted signals. A plurality of the UDCUs(300) down-convert up-converted signals, and output the down-converted signals. The second up switch(400) outputs RF(Radio Frequency) signals provided from a plurality of the UDCUs(300) to corresponding paths of the first channel and the second channel, and outputs a signal provided from the preliminary path to a designation path. The first down switch(450) receives RF signals of the first channel and the second channel, and outputs the received RF signals to the normal paths. The first down switch(450) outputs an RF signal of the designation path to the preliminary path. The second down switch(250) outputs signals down-converted in a plurality of the UDCUs(300) to the corresponding paths of the first channel and the second channel, and outputs the signal provided from the preliminary path to the designation path. A preliminary UDCU(350) performs a corresponding function in case that fault is generated in one among a plurality of the UDCUs(300). A controller(500) monitors and controls an operation state of each function unit.
