COLOR FILTER OF TRANSFLECTIVE LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A color filter of a transflective liquid crystal display and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the color visibility and the color sense by minimizing a difference in the color reproducibility between a reflective mode and a transmissive mode, thereby increasing the quality of a picture. CONSTITUTION: A transmission area(33a) is formed by removing a part of a reflective plate(33) of an entire pixel area. A transmissive area of a color filter(31) corresponding to the transmission area and a reflective area(31b) not corresponding to the transmission area are formed differently in characteristics of color filter pigment, so that a difference in a color reproducibility between a reflective mode and a transmissive mode is reduced.
