PURPOSE: A method for registering an individual development plan of a member in an individual development plan supporting system is provided to register a desired individual development plan for enabling each member of an enterprise to have an advanced professional skill. CONSTITUTION: A member connects to a system using a terminal. A plan supporting server recognizes a system connection request of the member(S300). The member inputs an ID and password for log-in(S302). The plan supporting server receives the inputted ID and password and checks whether the member is registered in the system(S304). The plan supporting server displays a main menu screen in order that the member executes the menu(S308). The member registers an individual development plan in the main menu. The plan supporting server supplies an initial menu as an HTML document or a Java script document, and the member selects a menu for registering the individual development plan(S310). If ability elevation target menu selection information is transmitted from a member personal computer, the plan supporting server supplies an information window for inputting the current career field, a wanted career field, a wanted job, and so on. The member inquires an elevation target using a corresponding information window(S312-S314). If the approver approves the ability elevation plan of the member(S316), information inputted in the system by the member is stored in an individual development plan database(S318).
