PURPOSE: An array panel for an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device is provided to improve the yield rate by preventing the disconnection of a data line, to save cost, and to easily apply an array panel to a high resolution model by reducing the resistance of the data line. CONSTITUTION: Gate lines(152) and data lines(162) are formed in a link area and a non-active area to be integral with gate and data link lines(154,168) and gate and data pads(156,170). Gate pad contact hole(174) is formed in the position corresponding to the gate pad. A gate pad electrode(182) is formed to cover the gate pad. A redundancy pattern(184) is formed in the position for covering the data line.
