PURPOSE: An auto-coupler chip shutoff apparatus for a horizontal moving hydraulic jig line is provided to prevent inflow of foreign matters, and to supply the hydraulic jig line automatically and continuously by covering a hydraulic port of the auto-coupler with a moving cover in waiting. CONSTITUTION: An auto-coupler chip shutoff system is composed of a guide bracket(20) protruded for a hydraulic cylinder(12) and composed of an inclined surface(21); a movable block(30) inserted between an operating rod(12a) of the hydraulic cylinder and an internal auto-coupler(14) and supported to move linearly; a cover unit combined with the movable block by a hinge, and turned up and down to shut off inflow of pollutants to a hydraulic outlet of the internal auto-coupler in moving down and to expose the hydraulic port of the auto-coupler in moving up; and a bearing fixed to the end of the cover unit and rolled along the inclined surface of the guide bracket in moving the operating rod forward. The hydraulic jig line is supplied automatically and continuously by preventing inflow of foreign matters with covering the hydraulic port.
