PURPOSE: A method for changing an individual development plan of a member in an individual development plan supporting system is provided to change a desired individual development plan for enabling each member of an enterprise to have an advanced professional skill. CONSTITUTION: A member connects to a system using a terminal such as a personal computer capable of executing data communication through the network. A plan supporting server recognizes a system connection request of the member(S300). The member inputs an ID and password for a log-in(S302). The plan supporting server receives the ID and password and checks whether the member is registered in the system by referring to a member information DB(S304). If the member is registered in the system(S306), the plan supporting server displays a main menu screen to the member(S308). The plan supporting server supplies an initial menu as an HTML document or a Java script document, and the member selects a menu for changing an individual development plan(S310). If learning plan change menu selection information is transmitted from a member personal computer(S312), the plan supporting server supplies an information window for changing an ability elevation plan through an education and an ability elevation plan through a job(S314). The member changes the current career field education plan, other career field education plan, and an ability elevation plan through a job using the corresponding information window. If an approver approves the changed ability elevation plan of the member(S316), information inputted in the system by the member is stored in an individual development plan database(S318).
