PURPOSE: A standby power reducing circuit is provided to be capable of reducing a standby power consumed at a product. CONSTITUTION: A transformer(T) is designed to be suitable for the rating of a product. A current reducing circuit(R3) is connected to a primary stage of the transformer at a standby state and reduces a supplied current. A three-terminal switch(SW') is connected between a power supply voltage(10) and the primary stage of the transformer and is connected to the current reducing circuit at the standby state so as to operating together with an operation of a main relay. The three-terminal switch is connected directly to the primary stage of the transformer at an operating state of the product.
