<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to control a cross current among power converters easily at low cost when the power converters are operated in parallel. <P>SOLUTION: In view of the fact that the current of the remaining phase is controlled when only the control of the number smaller by one than that of phases is carried out in the multi-phase AC current, current detectors 6 are connected to the R-phase and T-phase of an upper power converter 1. At the same time, current detectors 6 are connected to the R-phase and S-phase of a lower power converter so that at least one current detector 6 is connected to each phase as a result.
