<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for optimizing the network band width by which requests for network services made by using applications can be processed by using service quality parameters. <P>SOLUTION: The method for optimizing the network band width includes a step of providing an application (31) with a network service on networks (41, 42, 43, and 44) upon receiving a request from the application (31).
