PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently process flicker of a moving picture. SOLUTION: A moving picture correction process with a function of correcting flicker provides samples for selection of images to be expected images after flicker correction to a user on the basis of a photographed moving picture and accepts the selection by the use among the provided samples, and corrects the flicker on the basis of the sample selected by the user.
