PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify input/correction operations of title names which are recorded over a plurality of tracks. SOLUTION: Title names of individual track read from an MD-MO2 are stored into a title name memory 13 of a title input device 10 through a UTOC memory 4. A title name input/correction process section 14 displays the contents being stored in the memory 13 on the screen of a display section 12. When a user collectively conducts input/correction operations of the title names of each track (including copying/moving/exchanging of title name character strings between different tracks or within a same track) by a keyboard 11, the section 14 collectively conducts input/correction processes of title names of each track including the copying/moving/exchanging operations of the title name character strings in different tracks or within the same track for the memory 13.
