PURPOSE: A power control system is provided to enable a power to be charged to a secondary battery when driving an alarm panel using a main power and the alarm panel to be driven by the secondary battery when the main power is reduced. CONSTITUTION: An LED(21) displays a system state, and an LED controller(22) controls the LED. A power supply part(24) includes a power(24b) obtained by dropping a main power(24a) and a secondary battery(24c). A dual power controller(23) is connected to the LED controller(22) and the power supply part(24) to switch a power of the power supply part according to a power state. The dual power controller(23) controls a charge/discharge operation of the secondary battery.
