CARCASS ASSEMBLY DRUM DEVICE FOR USE IN MANUFACTURE OF GREEN TIRE

PURPOSE: A carcass assembly drum device for use in manufacture of a green tire is provided to achieve the simplification of the device and the quality stability of products, thus reducing a manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: The carcass assembly drum device comprises a drum, which is provided therein with a turn-up finger(24). A support link(29) of the turn-up finger serves to vertically move the turn-up finger by means of a piston(28) adapted to vertically move by a pneumatic unit(27). The turn-up finger pushes a bladder(9) so as to raise it using a piston(22) which moves backward and forward, thereby allowing a side wall to be turned-up onto a bead and a carcass disposed at the drum.
