<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation support system that permits one to take over easily, and permits full correspondence to operation and stable operation. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing device 31, that processes information concerning the operation of an oil refinery device 2 is provided to a server 32 that constructs a network with an operation management center 3 that manages the operation, a technical center 33 that examines concerning the operation, an external server and a terminal computer. An information processing means 42 of the information processing device 31 accumulates the information acquired through the network in a knowledge bank 41. The information processing device 31 classifies the accumulated information about the operation by each identical content, recognizes occurrence frequency by time information associated with the information or makes predictions about the future operation based on the deviation of numerical information, and urges sufficient correspondence to achieve stable and proper operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
