PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dynamo-electric machine which can increase generated energy while keeping a rectification ripple voltage low, make a neutral point unnecessary, improve assembly performance of a stator, and restrain deterioration of cooling property and wind sound. SOLUTION: An armature winding 16 is constituted by annularly connecting an a-phase winding 31a, a b-phase winding 31b, a c-phase winding 31c, a d-phase winding 31d and an e-phase winding 32e so as to have mutually phase difference by an electric angle of 72 degrees. A rectifier 12 is constituted as a five-phase full-wave rectifier wherein five pairs of diodes d<SB>1</SB>, d<SB>2</SB>connected in series are connected in parallel. Lead wires of the armature winding 16 are connected with the respective connection points of the series-connected diodes d<SB>1</SB>, d<SB>2</SB>of the rectifier 12. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
