PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a LAN cable which is capable of switching pin connections of connectors jointed at both ends of a cable to either a straight connection or a cross connection with ease and certainty, and also capable of showing respective switching states. SOLUTION: In this LAN cable, pin connections of connectors 31, 32 jointed at both ends of a cable 33 having a plurality of conductive wires are made to be capable of switching to either a straight connection or a cross connection by a signal switching portion 34 including a pair of rotation type switching portions 35, 36 formed in the connector 31. Here, grooves 41, 43, 45 are formed on an outer surface of the switching portions 35, 36, and engaged members 42, 44 are slidably mounted in the grooves 41, 42 of the switching portion 35 respectively. Therefore, when the switching portion 35 is locked by sliding of the engaged members after the switching portion 35 is rotated, either a straight connection or a cross connection is shown by the marks 46, 47 on the bottom surface in the grooves 41, 43.
