PURPOSE: A corrosion inhibiting mixture and its preparation method are provided, wherein the mixture is used to inhibit the corrosion of metals used as pipes for a cooling water or heating, thereby reducing the maintenance free of pipes and improving the thermal efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The corrosion inhibiting mixture comprises 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA); 2-4 parts by weight of sodium phosphate; and 94.5-97.5 parts by weight of water. Also the corrosion inhibiting mixture comprises 0.1-1.0 parts by weight of EDTA; 2-4 parts by weight of sodium phosphate; 0.5 parts by weight of hydrazine; and 94.5-97.4 parts by weight of water. Also the corrosion inhibiting mixture comprises 0.1-1.0 parts by weight of EDTA; 2-4 parts by weight of sodium phosphate; 0.5 parts by weight of hydrazine; 1 parts by weight of sodium pyrophosphate; 2.5 parts by weight of sodium hydroxide; 1 parts by weight of a corrosion inhibitor; and 90-92.9 parts by weight of water. Optionally the corrosion inhibiting mixture comprises further 0.02 parts by weight of glycerin, 0.0001 parts by weight of a surfactant, 0.002 parts by weight of glacial acetic acid and 0.00001 parts by weight of an antifoaming agent. |
