PURPOSE: A producing method of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display Device) is provided to form a desired cell gap. CONSTITUTION: An upper spacer pattern(56a) is formed on an upper plate(70). A lower spacer pattern(56b) is formed on a lower plate(72). A spacer(56) is formed by pressurizing and hardening the upper plate and the lower plate with the upper/lower spacer patterns. A black matrix(32) is formed on an upper substrate(41). A color filter(60) is formed on the upper substrate. A transparent electrode(58) is formed on the color filter. An orientating film(54a) is formed on the transparent electrode. A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) is formed on a lower substrate. A protecting film(48) is formed to cover the TFT. A pixel electrode(52) is formed on the protecting film. Thereby, the strength of the spacer and adhesive is increased and a desired cell gap is formed by adjusting the height of the spacer during the pressurizing process. |
