PURPOSE: A touch panel display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize the damage of a transparent conductive film by forming an electrode formed on an upper transparent sheet to an X-axis direction. CONSTITUTION: A display panel(10) includes a scroll bar. The upper transparent sheet(164) is adhered to the display panel(10). A lower transparent sheet(63) is separated from the upper transparent sheet(164). An upper transparent file(66Y) is formed on the upper transparent sheet(164), and has the first electrode of the direction crossing the scroll bar. A lower transparent film(66X) is formed on the lower transparent sheet(63), and has the second electrode. The upper transparent sheet(164) includes the PET(PolyEthylene Terephthalate). The lower transparent sheet(164) includes at least one of glass, plastic, and the PET.
