PURPOSE: A structure of a vane of a compressor is provided to improve vibration absorption performance and abrasion resistance quality. CONSTITUTION: A structure includes a vane substrate(121) inserted to a vane slot(41) of a cylinder having a compression space(P), contacting with a rolling piston(50) placed in the compression space of the cylinder on a line to linearly reciprocate following rotation of the rolling piston to divide the compression space of the cylinder into a suction area(a) and a compression area(b), and having one side curved to contact with the rolling piston on a line; and fiber material(122) inserted in the vane substrate to improve performance of the vane substrate. The vane substrate is made of carbon. The fiber material is formed by fiber wires arranged in a direction of movement of the vane substrate. Intensity of abrasion between a vane(120) and components moving relatively to the vane is reduced, and generation of vibration due to the frictional contact is reduced thereby.
