PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing a health mat which comprises a jade and bamboo coal piece, which is useful for health promotion, or bamboo coal powder, and which has air-purifying function, deodorization and preservation effect, humidity control function, and etc. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing a health mat, comprises the steps of (i) stacking two polyurethane sheets(10,12), and high frequency depositing the stacked sheets to form a space between the sheets, (ii) positioning jades(14) between four deposited positions on the sheets respectively, and high frequency depositing polyurethane films(16) on the jades, and (iii) filling the space formed between the polyurethane sheets, with bamboo coal(18).
