<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system, which is capable of eliminating the need for making a network module retain data, with respect to models of all printers having the possibility of being connected to the network module, and reducing capacities and cost necessary for data retention in the network module. <P>SOLUTION: A printing part 120 and a facsimile part 130 retain model dependant WEB contents corresponding to each part, and a network card part 110 retain model non-dependant WEB contents, respectively. When the model dependant WEB contents are required from a host computer 100, the network card part 110 acquires the required model dependant WEB contents via the facsimile part 130 from the printing part 120 or facsimile part 130, and acquires the model non-dependant WEB contents retained by the network card part 110 when the model non-dependant WEB contents are required. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
