PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power device unit and a parallel power system capable of correcting the drop of an output voltage caused by voltage-drop elements of an output diode, a transistor and the like by using a circuit constitution that has no short-circuit obstruction element for the output of a power device and obtained a constant output voltage without depending on a load current. SOLUTION: The power device unit comprises elements (diode, transistor and the like) having characteristics similar to those of the diode and the like with respect to voltage drops of the output diode and the like, and also comprises a means that generates a control voltage for correcting the voltage drops.
