PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly spread an adhesive on the whole adhesion surface without spreading the adhesive more than a necessary amount. SOLUTION: A room temperature setting adhesive is spread in a dot type in the central part of an outer peripheral surface 12a of a magnet 12. A pair of magnets 12 is detachable held by a built-in pallet 25 in a mutually facing state. The held magnets 12 are covered with a yoke 11. By isolating and moving both of the magnets 12 from each other, the outer peripheral surface 12a is made to press against the inner peripheral surface of each circular arc part 11b of the yoke 11. By reciprocatively sliding the yoke 11 to both of the magnets 12 in the axial direction of the yoke, the outer peripheral surface 12a of the magnet 12 and the inner peripheral surface of the circular arc part 11b are rubbed with each other, so that the adhesive agent is spread on the whole adhesion surfaces.
