PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle communication method that can realize efficient transfer of a phone call without the need for advance setting or a particular operation. SOLUTION: A mobile phone 2 and a cellular phone 1 makes exchange a mobile phone telephone number and a cellular telephone number with each other, while transmitting them properly, exchange control information without voice data, and the cellular phone 1 transfers communication such as actual speech not by the mobile phone 2. In this case, the phone call transfer is realized without the need for advance setting or particular operation by an operator. When the transmission by the cellular phone 1 is advantageous even in the case of making a call, the use of the cellular phone 1 is realized by taking into account charging or the like. The mobile phone number of the mobile phone 2 is used in external communication and while imposing charging on the mobile phone 2, the hands-free cellular phone 1 can easily be used for actual communication.
