PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually monitor the operating state of a household appliance. SOLUTION: A control server collects the operation state of each household appliance through a home network (step ST11) and waits until a television receiver requests camera video (step ST12). When the control server receives a camera video request from the television receiver, the control server judges whether there is a next household appliance in a waiting list (step ST13), and when the next household appliance exits in the waiting list, the request for the camera video is performed with respect to the next household appliance (step ST14). The control server waits until the camera image is received (step ST15).
