PURPOSE: An exposure mask of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) and a method for exposure are provided to reduce the number of shots by changing the shape of a mask and simultaneously exposing a panel with the peripheral area. CONSTITUTION: In a mask, a panel(11) exposure area is placed in the central portion of the reticle and a top(12), a bottom(15), a left(13), and a right(14) exposure area are placed in the upper, lower, left and right portions of the panel exposure area. Herein, alignment keys or test patterns are formed in the top, bottom, left and right portions of the panel. Necessary parts are exposed simultaneously in each exposure area by using a blade. |
