PURPOSE: A domain-based workflow management system according to an Internet connection service is provided to prescribe associated management regions according to the types of various Internet connection services and commands, and manage a service configuration. CONSTITUTION: A domain defining unit(110) receives an order of a service product, and prescribes a corresponding service as a domain. A process defining unit(120) designates the range and sequence of each management region according to service products, and defines a process of a workflow according to a condition. An order generating unit(130) classifies the process into work types according to the domain of the service product and the process, which are defined in the domain defining unit(110) and the process defining unit(120), and generates activity. A process control unit(140) controls the work of the activity, and divides the entire workflow into sub-workflows of several stages. A sub-process control unit(150) controls the sub-workflows generated in the process control unit(140) so that the sub-workflows are performed in corresponding management regions. A management unit(160) performs the sub-workflows under the control of the sub-process control unit(150), and controls the corresponding management regions.
