PURPOSE: A tie wrap having an elastic member is provided to fix a combining object effectively without stress by forming a part of a strap as the elastic member. CONSTITUTION: A tie warp(100) having an elastic member(122) includes a strap(120), a head(110) and the elastic member. The strap is extended toward a first length to fix a combining object. The head is connected to an end of the strap. The head has a perforation hole(112) to insert the other end of the strap. The elastic member is extended toward a second length which is shorter than the first length longitudinally to comprise a part of the strap. The elastic member is placed to a middle portion of the strap. The elastic member is composed of latex, natural rubber or synthetic rubber. Thereby, the tie wrap fixes the combining object effectively. Wearing or damaging the object is prevented not by pressing stress.
