PURPOSE: A touch panel integrated LCD(Liquid Crystal Display Device) is provided to detect an exact coordinates voltage value without being influenced by switching noise of liquid crystal driving voltage. CONSTITUTION: An LCD contains a liquid crystal panel(10), a touch panel(12), a signal line and a touch controller. The touch panel is stuck to the liquid crystal panel. The signal lien is accessed to the liquid crystal panel. The touch controller calculates X and Y coordinates by receiving a signal according to the touch of the touch panel and detects the increase and the decrease of liquid crystal driving voltage via the signal line by accessing to the signal line. Thereby, the incorrect detection of the X/Y coordinates is prevented.
