PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method provided with enough functions to exchange voice messages between many users. SOLUTION: A voice bulletin board system includes a bulletin board message management database (4) for managing voice data messages, a recording data file (5) for storing the messages by using the names of recording files as keys, a CTI (computer telephone integration) server (3) for receiving the voice as the message, converting the voice into voice data and recording the voice data in the file (5) as the data so as to associate with the recording file names, and storing users' ID, the bulletin board ID, the recording file names and recording dates as data indicating the message in the database (4).
