PURPOSE: Provided is animal manure as fertilizer which improves soil, removes bad smell and promotes the growth of crops by fermenting urine of pig with microbes. CONSTITUTION: The animal manure is produced by the following steps of: (110) feeding cultured microbes and water to pigs; (120) adding natural microbes, obtained by culturing lactic acid bacteria, bacillus natto and yeast in yellow earth, to feces and urine of pigs; (130) fermenting at 18-23deg.C for 78hrs. under aerobic condition; (140) separating feces and urine, and (150) fermenting urine by spreading 0.1g of microbes to 100g of urine and holding at 60-70deg.C for more than 48hrs; (160) mixing the fermented urine with a whirlpool in aeration tank; (170) evaporating more than 80% of vapor and concentrating; (175) filtering the concentrated liquid(urine) with charcoal, yellow earth, ceramics, etc.; and (180) storing. |
