VENTILATION APPARATUS OF SEAWATER DESALINATION PLANT USING VACUUM EVAPORATION

PURPOSE: Provided is a ventilation apparatus of seawater desalination plant for reducing operation cost of the seawater desalination plant. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus includes a vapor separation device(8) for separating moisture from non-condensed gas generated from a desalination plant by spraying liquid absorbent to the gas, thereby storing the moisture and absorbent liquid in a lower portion thereof and an upper portion thereof, respectively; an ejector(7) for receiving the liquid stored in the lower portion of the vapor separation device(8) using a pump(9) and ejecting the non-condensed gas in the upper portion of the vapor separation device(8) to a collection tank(24), the collecting tank(24) for storing the non-condensed gas into an upper portion thereof and returning the liquid absorbent to the vapor separation device(8); a regeneration device(14) for regenerating liquid absorbent by thickening the liquid absorbent diluted by absorbing moisture by boiling the liquid absorbent; a vapor condenser(4-4) for condensing vapor generated from the regeneration device(14); a concentration sensor(16) for detecting concentration of the regenerated liquid absorbent; an orifice connection pipe(18) installed between the condenser(4-4) and the vapor separation device(8) for automatically controlling the non-condensed gas; a water gauge(19) for detecting water level of the condensed water collected by the condenser(4-4); a condensed water pump(20) for discharging the condensed water; and a vacuum pump(22) for exhausting the non-condensed gas in the collection tank(24) based on a pressure of the collection tank(24).
