PURPOSE: A culture solution composition containing quartz porphyry, calcium, news paper ash, rice hulls ash, slaked lime and pine needle ash is provided. Therefore, the culture solution produces good quality mushrooms and reduces heating costs and labor power. CONSTITUTION: A culture solution composition is diluted 300 to 700 times with water and added to a culture medium having a moisture content of 60 to 70%, mushroom fungi is inoculated into the culture medium and then cultured at 15 to 17deg.C. The culture solution composition contains 48.2 to 53.3% by weight of quartz porphyry, 24.5 to 26.3% by weight of calcium, 1.13 to 2.06% by weight of news paper ash, 5.8 to 6.9% by weight of rice hulls ash, 11.9 to 13.5% by weight of slaked lime and 2.9 to 3.3% by weight of pine needle ash. |
