PURPOSE: A contraceptive appliance is provided to devise a more safe contraception using a double structure condom constructed so that hot or cold water can be supplied a space defined therein. CONSTITUTION: In the contraceptive appliance, more particularly, a condom, an inner shell(1) of the condom is prepared by using a mold, and an outer shell(2) is molded on the outer side of the inner shell and attached each other so as to achieve a double structure condom. A valve(4) is installed to an upper attachment part(3) of the shells, thereby a space(5) between the inner shell and the outer shell is charged with hot or cold water through the valve. Additionally, a spiral projection is formed on the outer periphery of the outer shell.
