PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working device what can shorten working time even when the device performs cycle working and is excellent in working speed and working quality.

SOLUTION: This working device is provided with a subarea generating means 2a which integrates areas in which working positions are aggregated densely into one subarea. This device performs the cycle working at every subarea by optimizing the working order to the working position of each generated subarea so that the length of a connected cyclic path or the moving time of a working means becomes short.
