PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system such that it makes users reduce an interference from other channels to add a communicating distance between a mobile station and a base station and a receiving electric field strength to a call charging calculation factor and thereby calculate an fair charging. SOLUTION: It is provided with a delay profile creating device 104 to output a delay profile using a correlation value computed on received signals from a mobile station by a known spread code, a radio-communicating distance computing device 105 to compute a radio-communicating distance from a peak phase provided by the delay profile creating device, and a charge setting device 106 to compute a charge from a distance information provided by the radio- communicating distance computing device. Therefore, a communicating distance between a mobile station and a base station and thereby the degree of its interfering to other channels is found. When the degree is high, the charge is set high, so that the unfairness on users communicating with the low degree is dissolved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
