METHOD FOR DRIVING CHOLESTERIC LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL FOR EXACT DISPLAY OF GRADATION

PURPOSE: A driving method of a cholesteric liquid crystal display panel is provided to exactly display each gradation without being influenced by a crosstalk. CONSTITUTION: Each selecting time to feed selecting line voltage to each scanning electrode line and to feed data signals to every data electrode line are regular. Each selecting time is divided to a first partial time and a second partial time. The first selecting line voltage is fed to the scanning electrode line corresponding to the first partial time. The second selecting line voltage to be differed from the first selecting line voltage is fed to the corresponding scanning electrode line in the second partial time. Data pulses having the width of the partial time are fed to every data electrode line within each selecting time. The feeding time is changed according to the gradation of a corresponding liquid crystal cell.
